Zaree was originally drawn to yoga to reduce stress and insomnia. After experimenting with numerous styles, she eventually made her way to a mysore room, and has slept well ever since. Zaree is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, with 200 hours of training with Mimi Rieger. She also completed 50 hours of training in Progressive Rocket Vinyasa Yoga with David Kyle. She is a dedicated student with a daily practice and regularly seeks out opportunities to train with both local and visiting master teachers. Zaree’s teaching presence is strong yet calm, and her classes are designed to challenge the body enough to still the mind. In all of Zaree’s classes, students can expect a keen focus on breath, sun salutations, standing postures, arm balances, core work, a seated series and inversions.
