Nathan Kaczynski is a certified RYT®200 alignment-based hatha yoga teacher who loves sharing his passion for fitness, health and wellness with others. Nathan approaches his yoga practice from a longtime study of Shotokan Ohshima Karate. The physical and philosophical overlap of these practices comes through in shared themes of awareness, strength of mind, patience, and courage in Nathan’s classes. Nathan feels strongly that fitness, health and wellness are meant to be sustainable lifetime practices and so invites students of all ages, levels and backgrounds to sweat, laugh, and learn together.
