When yoga came into Amelia's life, she found the practice to be both mentally and physically challenging. She felt an instant connection to the spiritual aspects of class and discovered that yoga nourished her whole self; uniting mind, body, and spirit. This had a meaningful impact on her wellness and lifestyle, changing her path in a profound way. She teaches a physically energetic and uplifting vinyasa flow, offering therapeutic assists. Her optimistic and empathic nature emanates throughout her teaching. Amelia's intention is to help others find peace, leave class feeling lighter, and connect with the yoga practice in a deeply enriching way.
