Kara Wright
RYT 200



Kara began practicing yoga primarily as a form of exercise in 2006 and was soon inspired by its effects on her body and mind and ability to create ease and balance in her life. After years of practicing regularly, she was eager to share yoga with others and completed the 2015 ISHTA 200-hour training in Washington, DC. In her classes, Kara aims to create well-rounded asana sequences that strengthen and open the body, incorporate elements of pranayama and meditation to calm and focus the mind and make yoga accessible and fun for her students.
