Alex is a DC Metro native and basketball junkie. She attended Walter Johnson HS where her jersey still hangs in retirement. She continued to work hard at Muhlenberg College, setting the college record for career points and 3 pointers made. Her love for the game kept her moving forward and she played two years professionally in Europe in Copenhagen, Denmark and Frankfurt, Germany. While in Denmark, she was crowned the "3 Point Queen" and still has the t-shirt to prove it. Now Alex lives and works in Washington, DC teaching yoga and basketball to all the athletes out there, loving life each day and all the great opportunities sports offer.
