River's Edge Yoga is one block from the Potomac river in Old Town Alexandria. REY is a cozy yoga oasis dedicated to the teaching of yoga in the classical tradition.
We offer Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, both the Primary and Intermediate Series and Mysore along with our very popular Yoga For Athletes. Other classes include Yoga Sage, a therapeutic approach to yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Pre and Post-natal Yoga,Yoga Tales for youngsters, and Ballet/Barre.
We also feature one-time specialty classes, occasional visiting yogi seminars with national and international guest teachers.
This lunchtime, drop-in, open level. Flow class will take you through a 60 minute series of poses to help you shake off the morning's challenges and prepare you for a focused afternoon ahead.
Open Level classes welcome all levels of student.
